Permission to Choose Yourself
A Single-Session Coaching Experience
Do you know what you want for yourself, but just cannot seem to let yourself have it? Do you often put everyone else's needs first, and tell yourself yours can wait?

Maybe it's an hour alone, a class you've been wanting to attend, or just an afternoon free from that never-ending to-do list. Intuition tells you it would be just what you need, but you can't seem to make it happen.

In this 60-minute session, we'll talk through what's happening on the inside when you try to do something that is just for you. And we'll get curious about why self-judgement and guilt start showing up whenever you begin to try.
You might need this if:
-
You have a list of things you want to do for yourself that rarely sees the light of day.
-
You feel guilty when you take time for yourself, even when you've cleared it with others.
-
You notice yourself justifying or explaining why you deserve to take the time for yourself.
-
You make plans for yourself, then cancel at the last minute because it feels inconvenient for someone else.
-
You know in your mind that self-care isn't selfish, but in the moment it doesn't feel that way.
How it works:
Before we meet, you'll complete a short questionnaire to help you identify something you want for yourself and to think a bit about what gets in the way of actually having or doing it.
During our session, we'll dig into your answers, getting curious about where the judgment comes from. If it feels right, we will explore what it might be costing you to keep putting yourself last.
You'll leave with:
-
A deeper understanding about what is blocking you from prioritizing yourself
-
More knowledge about where that self-judgment may be coming from
-
One small experiment to try—and what to notice when you do
This session stands alone—you'll get value whether or not you work with me again. But if you discover you want more support reconnecting with yourself and building the capacity to choose what you want, we can discuss my six-month coaching package.
